- During high-demand periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Typically delivered within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us at info@chicowears.com for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may have shipping limitations due to carrier availability or local restrictions.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. We are not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Chico Wears is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand our terms for refunds and exchanges.
Refunds:
- No refunds are offered unless the item is damaged or significantly different from its description (e.g., wrong size, wrong brand, unlisted defects).
- If your item arrives damaged or does not match the description on the website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
- Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item and can be used on any future purchases.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at info@chicowears.com within 7 days of receiving your item for exchanges or returns.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- We will guide you through the process for returning the item and issuing your refund or store credit.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for any items that are worn, damaged, or altered after receipt.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sizing & Product Descriptions Policy

Sizing Information:
Vintage Sizing: Please note that vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing. We recommend checking the provided measurements for a more accurate fit.

Condition Descriptions:
Since we sell pre-loved and vintage items, their condition can vary. We take care to accurately describe the state of each item to the best of our ability. Items are categorized as follows:
- New with Tags (NWT): Brand new, never worn, and with original tags still attached.
- Excellent Condition: Gently used, with no noticeable flaws or signs of wear.
- Good Condition: Light signs of wear may be present, but no major defects. Any flaws will be clearly noted in the product description.
- Vintage / As-Is: Items that are vintage or have noticeable signs of wear, including fading, minor stains, or other imperfections. These are sold “as-is,” and we will clearly disclose any flaws in the description.
Flaws & Defects:
If an item has any imperfections, we will mention them in the product description and include detailed photos where necessary. Please be aware that due to the nature of secondhand and vintage clothing, minor imperfections such as small stains, missing buttons, or slight fabric wear may not always be immediately noticeable. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.
Vintage & Pre-Loved Clothing:
- Sizing Variations: Vintage clothing sizes may not align with modern sizing charts. We always recommend comparing the measurements to your current wardrobe or checking the sizing chart to ensure the best fit.
- Normal Wear: Due to the age of vintage pieces, some items may show signs of normal wear. We strive to clearly indicate any imperfections, but some subtle wear may not be noted in the description. By purchasing vintage items, you accept the possibility of slight imperfections that add to their unique character.
Product Photos:
We make every effort to capture the true color and details of each item in our photos. However, due to lighting and screen variations, colors may appear slightly different in person. We aim for high-quality images that clearly show the style, condition, and measurements of each item.
Returns & Exchanges for Sizing or Condition:
